Some tennis elbow braces allow you to apply cold or warmth to the injured area. There are different approaches to using temperature. One employs cold for the first few days, then warmth. Another advocates alternating cold and warmth.

One of these braces applies only cold.

    Pros

    The contents freeze such that they will not allow the arm to bend.
